Decode an APRS frame

Paste a frame in the TNC2 form (APRS-IS's, a TNC monitor's or SatMe's APRS tab's): sender, destination, path, type, position, symbol, weather, message, telemetry, comment — explained one by one. Nothing is kept.

A TNC2 frame is written SENDER>DESTINATION,RELAY1,RELAY2:data. The data's first character says what they are: ! or = a position, / or @ a position with the time, ` a Mic-E position, : a message, ; an object, > a status, T telemetry, _ the weather.
