The SatMe app icon

SatMe

Amateur radio satellite tracking on Android and on the PC — passes, pointing, Doppler, logbook. Free, no account, no ads, free software.

SatMe

In your pocket to operate anywhere: next passes, compass and sky, Doppler-corrected frequencies, logbook.

SatMe-PC

The whole station in a browser: rig over CAT, rotator, SDR, SSTV, QO-100, pass journal and a full-screen dashboard for the club's stand. It is what publishes the SSTV pictures and sheets on this site.

SatMe-Node

A Raspberry Pi at the foot of the tower, driven by the PC over the network. The same engine everywhere.

This site's satellite tools are SatMe-PC's own, running in your browser: Orbits, Sked, Passes, Sky.

On the PC

SatMe-PC in demo mode: the Tracking tab with the globe, the fictitious station QF4DMO, a simulated IC-9700 and rotator
Tracking. Next passes, the tracked satellite on the globe, Doppler frequencies, polarisation and transmit — here in demo mode (a fictitious station).
Orbits full screen, Cartoon theme: the globe with the ISS and its orbit, the time, the Sun and the Moon, the next passes
Orbits and its dashboard. The Earth in 3D with the satellites, their footprints and orbits; full screen, a wall display for the club.
The Journal's editor on a session of four ISS passes, in 16:9
The Journal. A small video editor: a pass or a session, the SSTV picture and overlays placed with the mouse, MP4 export.
Tracking tab on SO-50: the Polarisation panel in AUTO after an H versus V probe
Antenna polarisation. A USB ESP32 box switches V, H or circular at AOS, and SatMe learns which works best.
QO-100 cockpit on the SDR's test generator: waterfall, band plan and Transmit panel
QO-100 narrowband. Waterfall, AMSAT-DL band plan, transmit with the ADALM-PLUTO or the IC-9700 and a converter.
Showcase theme: a card announces that AO-91 passes over the station in 30 minutes
Showcase. For a club's stand: “AO-91 passes over us in 30 minutes, come and listen”.

On the phone

An RS-44 pass: compass, elevation, Doppler-corrected RX and TX frequencies
A pass and its Doppler.
Preparing any pass
Prepare any pass.
Pass journal: the sky and an SSTV picture coming in
The journal: the sky, an SSTV picture coming in.

One station, three SatMe

The three SatMe: SatMe on the phone, SatMe-PC on a PC or a Raspberry Pi, SatMe-Node at the foot of the tower; the phone joins the PC with a QR code; the same engine everywhere
